Even though I am still studying, I’m excited to participate in this Steemit learning contest. I plan to apply for a teaching job after finishing my degree, so this contest is a great way to learn skills that will be helpful later.

I’ll be sharing my insights based on my experience as a student, but I’ll approach it as if I were a teacher. Here’s how I would handle classroom management."

1. To the best of your knowledge, what is effective classroom management, and what does it have to do with planning, implementing, evaluating learning, and utilizing resources optimally? Explain the relationship of each of these points using your language. (2.5 points)

In my view, effective classroom management is about creating an environment that helps students learn better. This means organizing lessons and the classroom so students feel comfortable, focused, and able to remember what they learn.

  1. Planning: Teachers need to prepare each subject or topic carefully. This includes gathering the right materials and arranging the content in a clear way, so each topic flows naturally. Well organized lessons also keep students interested, especially when teachers add questions to keep them engaged.
  1. Implementation: Effective classroom management involves teaching in a way that’s easy for students to understand. Using simple methods and materials that make the lesson clear helps students grasp the concepts better. Keeping students involved through questions helps them stay active and participate more in the lesson.

  1. Evaluation: Regularly checking students’ progress is key to seeing if teaching methods are working. Teachers should assess if students are improving and make adjustments if needed. If students have trouble understanding, the teacher should try new approaches to help them learn better.
  1. Using Resources: Today, e-learning and digital resources are essential. Using resources like visual aids or digital tools can make lessons more interesting and clear. For example, if teaching about chemical reactions, using digital graphics can help students understand better. In computer classes, hands on practice with tools makes learning more engaging and practical for students.

2. How do you go about creating a classroom atmosphere that supports the learning process?, he explanation you give is based on personal experience that did. (2 points)

Since I am a student, I know how important it is to create a positive classroom atmosphere. When the environment is supportive, students feel confident, understand the lessons better, and feel comfortable asking questions.

Based on my experience, I’ll share how my teachers created this kind of environment, and if I become a teacher, I plan to do the same.

One key aspect is setting clear expectations from the start. For instance, my teacher always let us know what they expected, like completing assignments on time. If we had questions, they encouraged us to ask, and they were always willing to help, but they made it clear that not doing the work was not an option.

Another essential part of a positive atmosphere is building good relationships with students. My teachers engaged with us and showed respect, which made us respect them in return. They understood if we struggled and offered help if needed, making sure we felt comfortable coming to them with questions.

My teachers also used group activities to keep everyone engaged. For example, they would divide us into groups for assignments, which allowed us to discuss and help each other.

Lastly our teachers gave us practical assignments and checked our work regularly. In computer class, for instance, they showed us practical examples on the computer and gave us assignments to complete at home.

We had to send pictures of our work to the class group, and the teacher would review them to see if we followed the steps correctly. They encouraged us if we did well and helped us if we struggled. I plan to apply these same techniques if I become a teacher one day.

3. According to your experience and observations, what factors can hinder effective classroom management? Explain why these things are a hindrance. (2.5)

There are several factors that can hinder effective classroom management, which we need to be aware of and work on to create a positive learning environment.

  1. Lack of Preparation: When our teacher isn’t fully prepared to explain a lesson, it afects the whole class. If the teacher hasn’t structured the topic properly or she decided how to explain each part, it creates confusion for uss students. Without clear organization, we may struggle to follow along or understand what’s being taught.
  1. Classroom Discipline Issues: Another factor that can disrupt classroom management is a lack of discipline. Some students may distract the teacher and other students by talking or making noise. These disruptions can make it difficult for everyone to focus, and students who want to learn may lose their concentration.

  1. Limited Resources: Sometimes, not having enough resources can also be a barrier. Sometimes students struggle to understand a topic from theory alone, teachers should show them withpractical tools or technology to help them. In some schools, there are limited access to computers or other educational tools, which makes it challenging for students to engage with the material.

4. Effective classroom management has a relationship with the Learning Contract? What do you think about this, explain comprehensively according to your thoughts. (2 points)

I believe a learning contract plays a key role in effective classroom management. When there is a clear agreement between the teacher and the students, everyone knows what to expect.

The learning contract helps students understand what the teacher expcts from them, such as completing assignments on time, following the classroom rules, and participating in lessons. It makes students aware of their responsibilities, which helps them stay focused and organized.

For example, in my experience, my teacher always made sure to explain the assignments clearly and laid out a plan for how lessons would proceed. He told us exactly what he expected, such as completing assignments by a certain deadline.

He also set clear consequences for not meeting these expectations, like additional tasks or penalties. Knowing these things in advance made me feel responsible for completing my work on time, and it helped reduce any confusion.

Having a learning contract also gives students a sense of accountability. They know that if they don't meet the expectations, they will face consequences, which encourages them to take their work seriously.

At the same time, it helps teachers manage the class more effectively because they already have a clear set of guidelines in place. A learning contract helps create a structured, respectful environment where both the teacher and students know what is expected, making classroom management smoother.

That's it from today's blog I hope you will like it. With best wishes ❤️. Now I like to invite @bela6, @yenny47 and @neelofar to participate in this amazing contest.
