Durante está última semana de la tercera temporada del Steemit Engagement Challenge viajamos hacia el pasado y creemos que nadie podrá olvidar esta aventura en el tiempo que dejó una marca más y que ahora también se convierte en parte de nuestro pasado. Tenemos que reconocer que tuvimos entradas excelentes donde destacó el diseño, la originalidad y pero sobre todo la creatividad. Nos complace anunciar los ganadores de este concurso lleno de anécdotas, experiencias y testimonios...
Para la seleccionar los ganadores desde el inicio del concurso establecimos una estrategia organizacional a través una hoja de trabajo que fue rellenada conforme a las verificaciones y evaluación de cada participación (en total fueron 117); para escoger los ganadores no solo nos guiamos por el puntaje de la verificación sino también por el apoyo a la comunidad que llevó cada participante por medio de comentarios y votos hacia otros concursantes.
El propósito de estas propuestas que enmarcan este challenge no es simplemente participar sino también crecer por medio de la receptividad comunitaria fomentando un sistema interactivo e influyente. Volvemos a destacar lo que @steemitblog expresa: (no solo la calidad de la publicación, sino también el compromiso con los otros usuarios al valorar su contenido). Por otro parte una vez más podemos resaltar que fue lamentable notar excelentes entradas pero poca interacción, los motivamos a estar más activos a través de los comentarios.

A virtual greeting to all 👩🚀
During this last week of the third season of the Steemit Engagement Challenge we travel to the past and we believe that no one can forget this adventure in time that left another mark and that now also becomes part of our past. We have to admit that we had excellent entries where design, originality and, above all, creativity stood out. We are pleased to announce the winners of this contest full of anecdotes, experiences and testimonials...
To select the winners from the beginning of the contest, we established an organizational strategy through a worksheet that was filled in according to the verifications and evaluation of each participation (in total there were 117); To choose the winners, we are not only guided by the verification score but also by the community support that each participant brought through comments and votes towards other contestant.
The purpose of these proposals that frame this challenge is not simply to participate but also to grow through community receptivity, fostering an interactive and influential system. We once again highlight what @steemitblog expresses: (not only the quality of the publication, but also the commitment to other users when evaluating its content). On the other hand, once again we can highlight that it was unfortunate to note excellent entries but few interaction, we motivate them to be more active through comments.
