La actividad física es algo que todos debemos hacer sin importar la edad, nuestro cuerpo necesita ejercitarse, esto te ayuda a estar en forma previniendo la obesidad, disminuyendo los triglicéridos y un sin fin de beneficios.

Pensando en todo esto, decidimos realizar este Concurso "Selfie Deportivo", queremos que te tomes una selfie capturando un momento donde estés practicando cualquier deporte, puede ser trotando, bicicleteando, jugando futbol, haciendo gimnasia, levantando pesas, entre tantos.

Recuerda que una Selfie es un autorretrato tomado desde una cámara o un dispositivo celular, no una fotografía que otra persona te toma. La Selfie debe ser
