I went to the gym at 5:50. I did more than 50 pull-ups and rode a stationary bicycle for 30 minutes. Then, I measured my body fat mass and ratio. It's 11.5kg and 16.7%. It's improved than before!

I'm very contident that I can decrease my body fat ratio less than 15%. My goal is to reach less than 12.5% and increase my muscle mass more than 35kg by this December.
