I feel lighter than before.

My body fat mass is around 11kg. It's getting easy and comfy to do pull-ups. My goal is less than 10kg this October. It's not a heavy goal. If I succeed decreasing 0.5kg of fat mass every week, I will reach less than 10kg fat mass.

I'm going to work out tomorrow dawn. Working out in dawn is good to exercise. Because, it's not crowded, and I feel good.
