Dear Steemit Team!

I wanted to share with you my latest activities as a representative of Steem. As always, it was a great week! I fulfilled all of my duties with responsibility and was there for fellow users who reached out for help - both newbies and old. I reviewed and curated posts, welcomed and guided newbies, and corrected and encouraged all. Here are the highlights of my activities:

Greeter:

Last week, I worked in the Newcomers' community and was able to guide them both online and offline. Many of them contacted me on WhatsApp, and I gave them guidance on how to carry out their tasks properly, how to make quality posts, and how to source their images. We're improving and developing the community with each passing day.

Although I encountered a few cases of plagiarism, I was able to correct them and invite them to continue with their achievement tasks in the Newcomers' community for at least up to task 3 to learn the etiquette content on Steem. I didn't encounter any case of AI-generated content. @adeljose reported our activities alongside some active newbies.

Curator:

Curation work was good, and I was able to support more than 45 good posts of new ones and more than 10 good comments. I encountered neither plagiarism nor AI. I want to commend our babies; they're doing great! It's only that some of them forget to cite the source of their images, but I usually remind them of the importance of doing that.

Generally, their problem is poor engagement. Most of them have a voting CSI that is below 5%, so I don't let any opportunity pass by without urging them to engage meaningfully with others and upvote at least 10 authors daily. I also encouraged freshers to power up at least 50% of their reward immediately after it pays out to join club5050, as it's the only way that they can grow their accounts. I spotlighted 2 posts last week, and @el-nailul reported our activities.

Moderator in the Steem4betterlife:

I reviewed and commented on posts in the community during the week and announced the winners of the previous week's contest, I also initiated a new one. The topic is interesting, and I hope it will attract many users. The community is improving and getting better with each passing day.

Personal Account Activities:

I was active and tried to engage meaningfully with others, supporting them with my little SP as well. This is showing on my Voting CSI 19.2 ( 0.00 % self, 166 upvotes, 131 accounts, last 7d ). I powered up to maintain my club status and strengthen my account.

I want to suggest something. Communities should not choose engagement contest winners based on the most engaged users. It's not realistic for a user to make more than 300 comments in a week. It takes a person 5-7 minutes or even more to read a post and contribute meaningfully to it. And we only have 24 hours a day. Out of this, one will do other important things like working, sleeping, cooking, etc., so how can they achieve it?

Well, the truth is that some comments used to be off points. They will just copy some sentences from the author's posts and reply, and this detracts from the overall quality of the engagement. Community leaders should choose their winners based on the quality of posts and engagements. I'm calling on @alejos7ven to check each top engager well and check on the quality of their comments before sending their posts for further support. (Quality engagers should win) This is it.

I'm striving to be better every day, and I know I'll get there one day. Thanks for your attention and support!

Best regards,

@goodybest.
