I'm sure that if you are a salesperson or work in the sector, you are constantly busy trying to become the best salesperson, since your future depends on it.

I'm sure that you want to sell a lot more and you need those techniques that are easy to apply, that are effective and that work in all types of areas where sales exist, that is why we have seen the first two techniques, the first was to learn to listen much more than we talk, understand the client and ask questions.

Secondly, we learned that through those questions we have asked we will obtain very valuable information and from there we can share stories, real stories where the client identifies and thus be able to connect emotionally and have a greater probability of closing the sale.

Another important point and the last in this series is the need and ability to create urgency: here it is not about creating pressure but we must show that the reason why it is better to act right now is much more important and fundamental. For this we can use those phrases that generate scarcity or show the benefits for a limited time. An example could be: "this special price is valid for the next three days" we can also use quantity, for example: "this promotion is valid until the quantity and such units are exhausted".

Always remember that a successful sale is not about being aggressive but about building trust, showing solutions and solving problems and finally motivating the customer to make a decision and take action. I invite you to apply these techniques and tell me the results.
