This gang of jewel thieves, at least one with a gun, were arrested in the process of committing this felony.

Not only are they let out without bail, they were let out so quickly that the jail didn't even put the ankle monitors on them before they were cut loose.

Three of the men showed up to get their ankle monitors. All three of them promptly cut off the monitors in New Jersey.
