[AVLE] AVLE Dapp with Flutter 3.0 - Wow

Today I upgraded the Flutter which is the framework of the AVLE dapp. Google released Flutter 3.0 a few days ago in Google I/O.

I had some issues with building AVLE dapp on Flutter 3.0 but after fixing them, most of things seem working great.

The impressive thing is the speed! Flutter was mainly for mobile apps. So AVLE dapp which is a Flutter webapp had been slow compared to mobile apps.

But it seems super fast at least to me. I feel so much speed-up as the developer of AVLE for more than one year.

It is jaw-dropping! Wow! very impressive. Well done Flutter team!

The AVLE dapp is almost ready now. I am doing my best to release this wonderful dapp to the communities.
