Very interesting topic. Organ donation should be legal. These days, though, there are good and bad sides to the coin. I'm sure an illegal organization would get more money. You don't have to pay taxes to the state or anything like that. This equates to more earnings for this company from the authorities and would probably give a greater desire to work. The only question I have is where these people would get their organs from. It is known that there are illegal institutions in the world that deal with such things. Unfortunately, I read about it once and I know how it works, kidnappings, murders, and the like. I don't support it, and I wonder what people can do for money in this world. But unfortunately, that's how it works.
There should be legitimate companies. I don't think it would be so hard to do that either. There should be more facilities where people sign special papers that if something happens to them, their organs should be used for another person. I will say more, every person should sign something like this. We never know what will happen to us in life, and through our death and our organs, we can save the life of another person. We have one life and it is the greatest gift we have. Would you rather get a billion dollars but die in a week, or just live the rest of your life but be healthy? I think the second is more important.
I am in favor of legal organizations, probably some percent would go to the state, but something for something. Money should not be in the first place only the awareness that you can save someone's life. That's how I see it. How does that work in the reality we live in? That's another question. Surely people who respect money more than health would choose this illegal way. But whatever. Everyone decides for himself about his life.
