These are some of the basic routines.
Brushing of the teeth and espouse good hygiene habits: At least we are supposed to be brushing our teeth twice a day and make sure we use good toothpaste and brush gently. Then, you will also be using antiseptic mouthwash to wash your mouth so that it can kill bacteria and make your mouth smell nice.
visiting a dentist for examining and proper teeth cleaning. Then replacing your toothbrush after two to three months or before then.
flossing daily: it's good to floss twice or once a day to remove all the food particles and plaques. You can remove the particles with toothpicks
Discolouration of tooth: This is when the colour of your teeth changes from the basic colour, which is white to yellow or brown, and discolouration of teeth can cause through smoking 🚬, tea, and wine 🍷 consumption frequently, applying snuff directly to teeth can change your teeth to brown and even cause cancer.
pneumonia: it's occurs when the bacteria that's in the mouth are inhaled and positioned in the lungs, which might result in bacterial aspiration known as pneumonia.
Tooth decay: When oral hygiene is abandoned, then the harmful bacteria thrive in the mouth and cause some damage, which we result in tooth decay.
Here are some of the things that we consume that affect dental care.
