Hello friends how are you doing today? I hope you are all fine, happy new month and Christians in advance. It's a thing of joy that we made it to Very last month of the year. I welcome you all dear friends to my today's blog on my favourite juck foods and the effect.

The junk food I like the most from childhood, is biscuits and soft drinks or bread 🍞 and soft drinks as well. I enjoy them at all times and even till now. Junk foods are less nutritional and easy to access because it's effortless to walk into a shop and get bread and soft drinks.

I became so much used to eating this type of junk food as soon I left my family for travel and in the New destination, I hardly have the time to cook food even if I walk into a restaurant and eat, I can't do this every time because it's costly.

Besides, I naturally prefer this bread 🍞, biscuits and soft drinks especially cold drinks due to it's taste and quick access. The time I will use, struggling to cook delicious meal or eat restaurants, I had eaten my junk food and rest even though I don't compare it's wait in the body to the main food. The junk foods, a little while, it has vanished from the body system but the main food last much longer.

The biscuits, breads 🍞 🍞 and soft drinks are already coupled and packaged with few ingredients consisting of few nutrients, the producers are more interested on the taste than the nutritional content and because of the taste customers come back for it not minding any other things.

Like I said earlier, junk foods are of less nutritional values and weightless when eaten into the body. The downside of this junk food of mine, that kept me almost far from it today, was never manifested on me since I started eating them until later when the effect is no longer contained in my body.

Apparently, Each time I go for it especially cold drinks, I enjoy the pleasure and the taste and this indeed pinned me down in the constant consumptions. And my body kept refreshing but inside of me, time came when I caught first downside, obesity and weakness and I was gradually becoming very inactive in performance.

And as time went on, I began to experience runny nose and which they attributed to the cold drinks I often take. And finally, I began to be too sensitive to touch in the sense that I can't hold my stand playing with the next person and they said it's caused by too much sugar in the blood. And too, going through the daily expenditure on such foods it's even much more expensive than making normal food for the day.

So when my health challenge due to the regular use of junk foods was beyond my adjustment, I went to the hospital and doctor asked me to stay far for the time frame, from cold drinks and some junk foods and I heeded to the doctor's advice and stopped it. Today I eat junk food and take some soft drinks but occasionally and responsibly.

Conclusively, Junk foods are less nutritional foods or snacks packaged with some preservatives which are not completely good for health but this doesn't mean we don't use them, we do but pinning oneself down on the use of it can be dangerous because the accumulation effects can be unhealthy, the soft drinks are too sugery and too much sugar in the body can cause disease according to the experts.

Preferably, Using them mix up, normal food and sometimes the junks if need be is the best to be are the safer side.
