Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good Evening,

This is my second weekly report as a Steem Representative, and I express my gratitude to the Steemian Team for giving me this opportunity.

Before I write my regular report, I would like to add that today I got a lashing from an old member on a post I had upvoted as a Steem Curator.

He said that the user had no club status, but he did not see that the user had been distributing Steems from her wallet to different contestants in different communities, including the WOX, which doesn't even ask for club status. And dear Steemians mind you, she comes from a country which is facing a financial crisis.

I gave that member a formal answer, but I wanted to say, "Hundreds of people need our support even if we go a little out of the way, and in this case, I supported a user who was supporting others without taking her interests before others'. I wanted to tell my critic that hundreds of users have left Steemit without proper support.

Let me say that I feel free if I have money, but in my case, I feel I have solutions to my problems through my own resources, so when I see someone living in difficult conditions yet helping others, they need my attention, even if I go a little off track. After all, I see a lot of off-the-rules activities on this platform on a daily basis. I am here to support the needy ones, and I will do that.

As I mentioned in my first weekly report as a Steem Representative my sole aim was to try my best to help the newbies and the ones who do not get needed support that will keep them interested on this website.

Here, I present my regular activities for the week through this screenshot.

My CSI is normally in the range of 18–22, which shows that I am supporting all who need my support. I am proud to say I am visiting them regularly, upvoting the worthy ones, and keeping one of them as the beneficiary in one of my weekly posts in my home community, the Dream Steem.

As you might be aware I have a campaign running.

A New Initiative to help newbies

Under this program this week, I selected a newbie, @blessedbee, and did one of my regular posts, adding her as one of the beneficiaries at 10%.%.

You can check out that post here:

But it doesn't mean that while scouting for the newbies, I slack behind but I am doing my regular posts as before, but I just keep one of them for the newbies every week, along with either Burnsteem25 or my home community, because we are helping other needy ones through our community Dream Steem in various ways. Incidentally, I have raised my delegation to make it a little more effective.

As a moderator of Travel Steem, I am doing my regular duty on my assigned day Monday, and I have allocated 1000 SP to support the users a little better in this community too. I make sure that as a moderator of Traveling Steem and Community Curator, I am trying my best to support the right candidates without looking at their country, club, or community. I am proud to say that I support all good posts even if I have to go a bit out of the way.

As a Steem Curator, I am doing my duty regularly and have even two worthy supporters who had no club status, but were spending their Steem to support other users, I was even warned about the same by one member, but I tried to make my point clear why I supported those two members.

These are my regular posts.

I have just concluded a contest with access to all Steeminas provided they fulfilled the basic needs, i.e., no AI or plagiarism in the Dream Steem Community.

Contest Result: Do you remember what horrifying incidents you faced growing up?

As I said, we in the Dream Steem Community support all Steemians through various methods, so we set the community as a beneficiary in all our posts, along with Burnsteem, which helps different causes, including the cause of newbies. We do not ask anyone to upvote us or keep us as beneficiaries, but we support all equally.

Thanks to my cofounder, @weisser-rabe, this community is always ready to support Steemians in need.

Last week I participated in different challenge contests. I performed satisfactorily, and despite my busy schedule on and offline, I tried my best to engage in interaction as much as I could, even if I had to sacrifice some of my leisurely activities or stay awake late.

Let me admit there was nothing extraordinary this week apart from that stray incident. I am trying my best to visit various posts by newbies and regular Steemians to understand and make my further strategy. I powered up once (290 SP) this week and will do it again by the end of this week.

In the end, as a Steem Representative, I always think beyond any specific country or community and support everyone on the platform on an equal basis.

That's all for this week!

Thank you all,
Yours Sincerely
@dove11
