>What is your opinion on habits?
The habits take us closer to living our best lives, and good habits help us be more productive and energetic. These habits help us move forward. If we are sure how to develop good habits and learn how to develop good habits that we can implement in our lives, the world will change for us.
Habits are what we do by default in our daily routine. These are the actions that we do over and over again regularly and have an impact on how we act and how others look at us.
Habits can have both positive and negative effects on our lives. The way we act shapes and determines the direction of our lives. Our habits have a great impact on everything we do in our lives, knowingly or unknowingly.
>Are there habits you have that people around you have complained about? Mention them.
It's a good question, and if I say I have all the good habits, that will be a lie. In fact, I have two faces of my personality. When I am working as a professional, I act differently, but in my personal life, I never hesitate to be blunt, as I have this bad habit of calling a spade a spade.
I know it takes time to form good habits, but I am not giving up this habit anytime soon, even if my friends sometimes feel bad. After all, some of my good friends have benefitted from my bad habit of telling them the truth, and they got rid of what I told them.
Trust me, changing from bad to good is not something that happens overnight, so I never set unrealistic goals for myself. The important thing is that I'm doing that for the benefit of them, whether they feel it's bad or good.
>What are your the strongest habits that has helped you over the years?
As I said earlier, habits are the daily behaviors that I do in my life and do by default. I do random things along with my regular habits and do them repeatedly for whatever results they bring to me, positive or negative.
As a grown man, I try to adopt the habits that take me closer to living my best life and I have succeeded in doing so despite having a few bad habits, but being a human being, I am not ashamed of accepting them. My army and corporate background make me look tough but otherwise, I am caring and loving.
I pretty much know my good habits help me be more productive and more social, and encourage me to be more energetic. I feel my habits of always remaining active in something productive have helped me move forward. I am convinced that being punctual and honest with my customers and all my friends and relatives is my strongest point because I don't have to make up stories to convince them about my intentions. They know my habits, and despite disliking a couple of them, I am in their good books.
Do you think habits can be learnt or do you think all the habits we have came from our parents as a result of birth?
There is no fixed rule on whether we inherit our habits from our parents or we develop them. You must have seen people act differently from their parents. I have seen very nice people, even if their parents were not so decent.
I believe one develops habits quickly on his own. Even if a person has inherited bad habits from their parents, if they try, they can get rid of them.
We know some of our habits can cause us damage in our future lives, so why keep practicing them? If we take strong steps to give up those habits, whatever they are. I used to smoke heavily because I got it from my father, but once I decided to quit, I did that in one day.
I have stopped a couple of other bad habits, but let me accept the fact that, as a human, it's not possible to give up all the bad habits that we develop through our genetic formation, however hard we try.
