In this contest, Today I am going to share a very tasty recipe with you all. Whose name is Healthy Tacos.
I have used the following ingredients to make this recipe.
Two cups of semolina, one cup of flour, salt and oil.
One onion, one tomato, one green chilli, two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of chili sauce, one tablespoon of tomato ketchup, asafoetida, salt, chili, coriander powder, garam masala, and finely chopped coriander leaves, one big bowl of boiled rajma, very finely chopped cabbage, another onion cut into long and thin pieces.
First of all, I sifted two cups of semolina and one cup of flour in a plate and added salt according to taste and after adding three to four spoons of oil, I made a soft dough of it with lukewarm water.
After preparing the dough, I left it to rest for 10-15 minutes. Now heat the oil in the pan.
And take small portions from the prepared dough and make balls and roll them like chapati with the help of a rolling pin.
After rolling with the help of a rolling pin, make some holes on it with the help of a fork.
Now put it in hot oil for frying. Within 2 seconds of dropping it in the oil, fold it inside the oil with the help of a ladle.
After folding, keep the ladle in the middle and let the tacos cook so that there is a good gap in between the tacos for stuffing.
In this way, we will cook all the tacos on low flame and prepare them.
After preparing all the tacos, I cooled them and kept them in another tight jar.
These do not spoil for 15-20 days. When we have to eat them, we prepare it by making its stuffing.
To make stuffing, I heated some oil in a pan and added a pinch of asafoetida and half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and then added finely chopped onion and green chillies and fried them.
After the onion was fried, I added tomatoes to it. And according to my taste, I added salt, chilli, coriander powder, garam masala and all other spices.
Now I added one tablespoon tomato ketchup and one tablespoon chili sauce to it. After that, I added a big bowl of boiled rajma and fried it well and then added coriander leaves on it and turned off the flame and mixed it.
First of all, mix two spoons of chili sauce and two spoons of tomato sauce and keep it aside.
Now take one taco at a time and spread this mixed sauce inside it. Then add one or two spoons of rajma stuffing and garnish it with finely chopped cabbage and onion pieces.
Then apply a little tomato and chili sauce mixture on it and serve.
