You know, we should talk and write to anybody, and anything is a variant of human behavior, and we should know who we are meeting, and what these meetings really are doing with us when we are here. And Christmas is coming in the end of December, and we are knowing nothing on when it is coming, and why things are as they are, but we have determined to celebrate Christmas as we are doing, and this practice is done in many countries, and it exciting with the culture in the world, and to ask oneself why things are perceived as we are seeing and experiencing them when we are here. And we had a professor in the United States being excellent in Organizational Psychology, and that was professor Edgar Schein at MIT Sloan School of Management. And he died for nearly two years ago from now on, and it comes a time when the heart and the brain do not work at more, and they finish to work and to operate. So, first we are exploring, explaining and challenging a culture, and after that we freeze the attitudes and the intentions and the behavior, and we are unfreezing things if we are not thinking and feeling that they are worked any properly better and stronger from now on.

We are used to celebrate Christmas since we believe that Jesus Christ was born on 24 December, but we do not know these things for sure, and we cannot be sure about the origin of the Christmas time, but we know that the word Christmas is coming from the words Christ and mass, and we are therefore celebrating that the salvation and the person from God given meaning to many people's lives was that Jesus Christ was born.

So, Christmas is an event celebrated for the family and the friends, and making and doing the relations even stronger than before. And Christmas is the annual Christian festival celebrating Christ's birth, held on 25 December in the Western Church. And many people are meeting each other in the Christmas time, and many things are know about chatting and eating, and we are just celebrating ourselves and other people when we are in the life as we are when we are here.

So, there are many things with the Christmas, and let mention them here today:

  1. Jesus Christ was born. And that is the main reason for celebrating the Christmas.
  2. As humans, we are giving presents to each other, and we are appreciating being together and celebrate what we want when being alive in the life.
  3. We are drinking and eating much good, and sometimes we are drinking alcohol, and sometimes we are eating nuts, cakes and much more when we are alone and together with other people.
  4. We are singing Christmas songs, and some in the family and eventually among the friends are going around the Christmas tree to be engaged with Christmas and what this is.
5.The Santa Claus is coming, and some imagine the presence of the Santa Claus to the sleigh coming with presents and reindeer pulling the load.
  5. We can eat things that are served in the streets, and there are often clusters of people around the sales stands where goodies are offered.
  6. We can write and read as many books as we want, and the Christmas event is also celebrated with books that are giving where people are.
  7. We are meeting people, and enjoying the life, and we are trying to encourage each other with what we are doing where we are.
  8. We have Christmas parties, and celebrate that we are organizations working close and together with each other.

So, we are wishing each other Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and this is always the situation from the one year to the next when we are here, and Christmas is often much for the core families, and the child or the children that they have as they have.
