Fruits can be said to be part of a plant that has flowered and bore seeds. It's the matured seeds that becomes the fruits we eat. Fruits are part of the food we eat, we can't do without it be abuse of the nutritional value like minerals and vitamins which it gives to us.
We have over 2000 fruits in the world, and they have different functions in our bodies. What this means is that, if you can't find one particular fruit to eat, you can go for another, or if a particular fruit isn't good for you, you can eat another. An example of few fruits I have eaten are pawpaw, orange, mango, banana, avocado pear, pineapple, carrot, etc.
From research, mango is said to be the king of fruits in the world. Even tho mango is small in size, compared to other fruits, it is called the king of fruits for many reasons.
Mango is the healthiest among the fruits in the world. It has high nutritional value. Just one mango fruit contains minerals, different vitamins like vitamin A, B, C, E, and K. It also contains metal compounds like Mg, Cu, K and also, it has more antioxidants than other fruits. With all these, you can't compare it to other fruits. Mangoes also have a unique taste. The taste comes with the type.
Mangoes come in different colours and the colour is what makes the taste. We have the bright yellow ones, the pale yellow and the green ones. The taste is either very sweet, sweet or slightly sour. With the bright yellow ones, some people even eat the peel. Mangoes are free of fat, cholesterol and sodium. You can even use it to make fresh fruit juice.
The carabao mango is presumed or said to be the sweetest fruit in the world, according to Guinness world record. This is due to its high sugar content or amount of fructose it contains. It contains about 65 grammes of sugar. The carabao mango contains lots of nutrients including potassium and magnesium.
My favourite fruit is banana. Banana is a fruit that comes from the plantain family. It comes in varieties. There are ones that are long and greenish or yellowish and we also have the very short ones. It's my favourite fruit because of the nutritional values like being high in potassium, vitamin B6 and C.
