"My regrets and mistakes so far"

How many of your goals this year have you been able to achieve? Tell us about it.

Life is indeed a journey. We wake up everyday with great expectations and with the help of God, we achieve some while some are not been achieved but all thanks to God Almighty. I sincerely appreciate the almighty for everyday gift of life to my dear life and I do not take it for granted.

At the beginning of this year I set my goals and I trust God Almighty for the strength to be able to achieve these goals and some of the goals are mentioned above.
I actually had this two goals in mind and by the grace of God I was able to get a job that is not really paying much but I really thankGod for the little. I got my present job on the 9th of September, 2024 and I assume that one of my goals has been achieved, trusting God for the next goal as the year is still on.

Are there other things you wanted to do this year but were not able to do them? What are they?

Yes, there are things I wished and wanted to engage into doing this year but unfortunately, the resources was not available at that period. Early this year, I knew very well that the Job I'm expecting might not come that early and I was hoping to enrol for a professional computer training but because of the lack of financial resources I decided to stay calm about it. Secondly, I was hoping to buy some bags of egusi to store as my little business but my sister fell sick, I used the money all on her and that was why I was not able to achieve those things I wish I engage into doing them this year.

What is your biggest regret sofar this year?

Life is a journey as I have mentioned earlier and as we journey everyday, there are mistakes around irrespective of the amount of mistakes we make they still remain mistakes that leads to one regret or the other.

My elder sister was so sick and everyone was so bordered without action. My Biggest regret was that I would have taken her to a prayer house instead of living her in the hospital. We were so sluggish about her sickness until she finally gave up the ghost. I kept regretting every day.

Mistakes are bound to happen, tell us some mistakes you made this year and the lessons you learned.

Ofcourse mistakes are bound to happen. Late August this year, out of pity I borrowed my friend some money and these money was not my one, my mother gave me the money to keep at anytime she needs she will let me know.

Out of pity I lend out that money. At the agreed time she promised to pay back, she was not responding to my calls and I became so angry and I went to her house to talk to her as a friend but she started insulting and calling me names which I regret ever helping her and up till date she has not given me my money. I finally had to beg my mother to please understand with me so, since from that day, I have learnt my lessons of life.
