So today I am going to inform you about one more beautiful place in Sri Lanka.

So, the place I am writing today is located in Sri Lanka, on the road from Puttalam to Kolaba, after coming down from the town called Maravila and going a little way towards Halavata, after turning left at the four-way junction. At a distance of about 1.5 km, one can see this sacred place full of many wonders.

So today I am preparing to inform you about Marawila Cross Church.

So when we enter this holy land, we can see the biblical saying, "Come to me, all who are weary and burdened."

In addition, when appearing in the church we can see a text written in Latin with the meaning "by this sign you will overcome".

So, Marawila Cross Church is a great place for everyone who wants to experience spiritual healing.

Today there is a church in this place, but in the past there was only a statue of Jesus, the locals say.

And the Marawila Cross Church is a place full of miracles.... Although most shrines today have completely tiled or cement floors, this church has one cement strip covering the middle and soft sand on both sides.

And on both sides of the Cross Church is a cemetery with graves of various shapes.

Many people who did not consider the cemetery as an obstacle to worshiping God come to this holy land and do yathika.

In the year 1980, the Marawila Cross Church was gazetted by the government as Marawila Siri Cross National Siddhastan.

And there are various stories about the history of this church.

It is said that this holy deity statue was brought from a foreign country and it was brought by train from Colaba port to Marawila.

The statue has been damaged while being brought and the parent company that created the statue has given compensation for the restoration of the god statue, Father Misam Sevaka confirms.

Then, a Christian devotee restored the damaged idol and buried it in the cemetery.

At that time, the smallpox disease was spreading rapidly in Marawila area and one woman came to this cemetery and prayed to God for the healing of her child. After applying the oil in the statue of God to her sick child, she said that the child was cured of the disease.

This news has spread very quickly to every corner of Marawila area.

After that, it is said that amazing miracles have happened by touching this idol.

In addition, it is said that in the past, there were watermelon vines in this cemetery, father Jusevas came hungry and ate melon fruits, the owner scolded father Jusevas and chased him away, and then the watermelons gathered again.

And one part belonging to the coast of Halawata area can be seen behind this church.

This beach soothes the sorrows of devotees suffering from various problems.

So as usual I invite you all to come and experience the beauty of this place...

This is a really beautiful place. I am sure you will feel great freedom if you come here.

So I invite my friends to visit this place and let us all enjoy the beauty of this place and try to preserve it.

So guys, I will stop here for today. So I will say goodbye for today, hoping to meet again with a beautiful post with a beautiful place.
