The Diary Game [15/12/2024] // Join @saxopedia to Celebrate Master Degree.

Compliments of the season and welcome to my blog as I share my daily lifestyle content with you all. It was Sunday and as Christians, a day of worship but I had made up my mind not to go to church. I had to prepare myself and the kids before going out to the graduation ceremony.

Apparently, the graduation was on Friday on campus but he decided to celebrate his achievement today. The occasion started with a Thanksgiving service in church but I did not attend it because my son was not feeling well. I had to follow him up, administer his medication before leaving the house.

We arrived at his family residence when he was not even around. We sat there and engaged with diverse topics. It was a fun-filled day as I met old steemians like @peacemakers, @nforyembe, etc. We had a discussion about Steemit and they promised to come back on Steemit.

The occasion started late because the celebrant was not around. The family was so happy seeing us around to join in the celebrating the achievement of their son. The celebrant and the parents welcome everyone and started the occasion by giving out champagne.

Then a music band which happens to be friends of the celebrant showed up and did some animations. It was a funny moment as one of the guys put everyone on a laughing spree.

Then come the best moment of the day as everyone was eagerly waiting to have a taste of the cake. I am a cake lover but the texture of the cake was not giving. I took some 2 slices but had to struggle to eat it.

There is serious security challenges in my city presently, and staying out late is risky. We had to wrap up everything fast and we took some food from the table to eat. I was not even in a mode to eat but just had to take a slice of yam and vegetable soup.

We were about to zoom out of the graduation ground when the celebrant called us up to give us some soya and wine. I hurriedly took my share of the soya and walked away into the car.

I came back home and immediately switched on the TV to watch the English premiere game between Manchester City and Manchester United.

It was an amazing game for United fans as they won City 2 goals to 1. Amad was the man of the match as he gave an assist and scored the final goal.

The win by United shattered the hopes of City fans as they left the field in disappointment.

It was a funfilled day and I was happy everything went well and we hope for better days ahead.
