Can we learn from disappointments?

It is very normal that we get disappointed, in particular I get disappointed in people, usually I get an idea of someone and then time passes and that person is not who I thought and that causes me disappointment, however any disappointment, no matter the reason that does not generate them, always behind a disappointment there will be a learning, usually this learning is based on knowing exactly the reasons for the disappointment to not fall again and be deceived.
I believe that I can learn from my actions, yes as you hear it, learn from my disappointments, since sometimes I have been disappointed in myself, my disappointments are linked to the way I have been deceived by others, but I simply overcome the expectations, assume the mistakes and learn from them.
The problem of feeling disappointed is not the disappointment itself, but the environment in which we seek refuge, when we feel disappointed, we want to look for culprits where there are none, we also seek to immerse ourselves in an insurmountable pain, which although in many cases is impossible to avoid, we should not focus on that pain, but rather to learn from the bad that has happened to us.
Why is it hard for me to learn from a disappointment?
It is not the first time I go through a disappointment, not that it is my common denominator, however there have been several periods in which I have felt the disappointment as that emotional picture where I have won the sadness and disappointment, but I think there is an exact point where we must think about the good that can have in our lives the bad moments, so I think it is the exact time in my life to reflect and learn from every disappointment I have in my life from now on.
We are very ephemeral when we analyze a negative situation, which is why I must go deeper about the good that we can learn from the disappointments, one of them is not to believe in others, second at the time of believing I must believe in myself, each person is as you want to be, so if we are disappointed in another person is because we want it, because no one forces us to believe in others, so I think the only disappointment that has room is the disappointment for ourselves, and yet is solved by believing in ourselves and in our abilities.
