Water excursion along the canals of St. Petersburg (Peter and Paul Fortress)

Last summer my family and I traveled around the country a little. I took a lot of photos on this trip. And I want to share them.

On the other side of the river from the Palace Embankment is the Peter and Paul Fortress. The fortress itself is not very clearly visible in the photo. But the photo clearly shows its dominant feature, the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, which is located in the middle of the fortress. Part of the fortress wall is painted in the colors of the Russian flag in honor of the upcoming holiday.
