^{Dear friends, I had a very busy day yesterday, Sunday. Still the day was very significant for me. Because yesterday I completed many important tasks. However, today I present to you my activities of yesterday.}

^{I woke up early in the morning. After waking up, I first washed my hands, face and eyes thoroughly with lukewarm water. Then I cleaned the teeth very nicely inside my mouth. After brushing my teeth I drank a few glasses of lukewarm water.Then had a light breakfast. For breakfast, I ate some milk dates, a little honey and a little black cumin. In fact, eating milk dates with honey and black cumin in the morning on an empty stomach is very beneficial for our body. And this breakfast is allotted for all my daily.After having breakfast, I went to the road to do physical exercise. In fact, walking briskly or running for a while in winter morning is very beneficial for the body. So it has become my habit to do physical exercise every morning.}

^{After doing morning physical exercise, I came home and rested for a while. Then had breakfast. Had rice, an egg, dal and vegetables for breakfast. Then I worked on the Steemit platform for a while and also worked on Facebook for a while.Then I prepared to go to a relative's house for dinner. Even my wife and my son made preparations to accompany me to the house of the spirit. Then I took a bath and got ready to go to my relative's house.}

^{I reached my relative's house in the afternoon for dinner. I reached the relative's house and exchanged skills with them. All the members of the relative's house were very happy to see me and my wife and my child. We were also very happy.Especially my son was very happy to come to his new relative's house. Then we all sat together and had lunch. I had rice, beef, chicken, chicken eggs, pulses as lunch. After eating rice I had a small amount of curd and two sweets.After eating and drinking, we all sat in one place and gossiped about different matters of two different families. We talked and laughed about different things. Then after leaving the relative's house we headed towards our house and reached home in the afternoon.}

^{I came home and rested for a while. Then I went to the field vegetable garden. Went to the vegetable garden and collected some radish vegetables and some other vegetables. In fact, I try to meet the family's vegetable needs by growing vegetables myself.However, I collected some fresh vegetables from my vegetable garden for my family. In fact, fresh vegetables contain a lot of vitamins, which are very beneficial for our body.}

^{I have grown carrot vegetables in a small area next to my vegetable garden. As you can see in the picture, these are carrot vegetable plants. The carrot vegetable plants have grown quite a bit but the carrots have not yet been fertilized under the soil. It will still take about two weeks for the carrot vegetables to mature.}

^{After harvesting vegetables, I irrigated all my vegetable plants with adequate amount of water. Because currently our winter season is going on. And the soil is quite dry during this season. Therefore, vegetable garden needs to be irrigated regularly. Regular irrigation of the vegetable garden leads to higher production of vegetables.After watering the vegetable garden, I removed the weeds and unwanted grass from the vegetable garden and cleaned the vegetable garden. In fact, the soil softens after irrigation and at that time it is easier to remove weeds from the vegetable garden. However I try to keep my vegetable garden clean all the time.}

^{I came out of the vegetable garden to my banana garden. My banana garden is situated on the banks of my pond. There are total two types of banana plantations on the banks of my pond. One is a banana plantation for ripening and the second is a banana plantation for eating curry. When I came to the banana garden, I saw that a bunch of bananas had matured.These are curried bananas. We call these raw bananas. Then I cut the banana tree and collected the nutritious bananas. Then I went home from the field in the evening. I went home and washed both hands and feet with soap. Then I had a light breakfast in the evening.After finishing breakfast, I started working on the Steemit platform. Then I sat and had dinner with all the family members. Then watched television for a while and drank a cup of tea. Then finished all the activities and went to bed to sleep. And that was my important work of the past day.}
