Though it can be said for any situation, I maintain no one can understand how painful constipation is until they have it! I had it myself in Uni when I ate bread more than I drank water. It was hellish. This is how I got rid of it and how I prevent it from ever happening again.

THE BEST ORGANIC INGREDIENTS FOR CONSTIPATION

*ORANGES: Oranges are the traditional 'I ate oranges and I rushed to the toilet' that I have heard people say and myself growing up. On the other hand, it is a good source of vitamin C which is needed to soften the stool.

*BANANAS: Bananas are kind of obvious. It is soft and just what we need in our stomach during difficult times😅 It regulates and corrects bowel function.

*VEGETABLES: Leafy greens are high in fiber and antioxidants. It is advised that we need to somehow include it in all our food. It is rich in the fiber that our body needs to function properly.

*SOUP: Soups are warm liquids, that's it. They stimulate bowel movements, they help rehydrate the body compared to all-flour food we take in every day, high in fiber and nutrients, and is the necessary substitute for food in the days of constipation.

*....and the last but not the least, WATER!: Now everything else I mentioned is definitely great but water beats it. In fact it should be top but we wouldn't be fighting constipation if we took water seriously. In hard times, if you know what I mean, and in the process of releasing these hard times, if you will allow me😮‍💨 @sahar78 , water assists tremendously. I personally drank it every morning, afternoon and evening. I drank it every one hour. I always had a bottle next to me. It softens everything that it needs to.

While taking them, we need to be mindful. The bananas have to be ripe and the soup properly made. We ought not to take too much of it but rotate its use well. Too much of a good thing can turn sour. All fruits and vegetable are beneficial but in the face of constipation, they can't all help but instead make things worse. Some of them are dried fruits, cucumber, corn, potatoes, etc.

On the bright side, THE BEST ORGANIC INGREDIENTS FOR OVERALL GUT HEALTH are:

*WATER: First on the list, because it is completely underrated. Water does more than hydrate, it helps with digestion and bowel function. We never have to worry about gut problems if we drink enough water.

*TEA: Cinnamon tea, rosemary tea, lemon tea, clove tea, ginger tea, tumeric tea, moringa tea, and many more. I believe in the power of herbs. I have taken my time to study herbs available in my country and I am slowly turning into a tea enthusiast. Everyone should incorporate a tea drinking routine in their life.

*WHOLE FOOD: Food garnished with organic ingredients can never go wrong. Even stew made with not just oil but cinnamon and/or garlic, or vegetables, can a long way for a perosn everyday. We need to eat less processed food, and more carefully prepared home-made food.

*FRUITS: I go ballistic with fruits. Compared to when I ate just certain types of fruits, it is safe and even necessary. And compared to when I barely ate, going months without it, I feel much better. Fruits assist tremendously with gut health and other bodily necessities. Just be versatile with it.
