Update #86: Sunday Writing Expedition ✍️: STEEMs Powerup

Hello guys, on my today writing expedition I'll be talking about Powering up though I believe Many here already know the essence for power up but I still have to talk about it anyways.

Steem Power (SP) is what I do describe as an extraordinary kind of money here in the Steem blockchain. When you definitely have a higher SP, you as well can earn more rewards and vote from other people because your popularity is increased. It’s more like having a superpower that really helps you in the Steem community!

Step 1: First Get The STEEMs
To really start this task, you definitely need to have some Steem coins in your wallet. So you can get them by either buying or earning them through writing and publishing of posts and commenting as well upvoting others and engaging.
I got mine from my published post of last week which payout this week.

Step 2: Decide on How Much to Power Up
It always necessary to Think about how much Steem you really want to turn into Steem Power. one must always decide how much to be keep in your wallet(probably outside Steemit) and how much you want to use for the SP. That's where the choice of belonging to either Club5050, Club75 and Club100 comes in
For example, if you have 12 Steem, you might choose to power up 6 Steem like i did to maintain Club5050 or powering up 75 % of your Steems to be in Club75 or powering up everything for Club100.

Step 3: Powering Up My Steem
I do cherish Club5050 alot, so I always maintain club5050 with reasons, I go to my wallet here on the Steem platform. I sign in my account on the wallet page and then locate the “Power Up” button by clicking the triangle shape button in front of STEEM.

I then Choose to power up 6 STEEMs out of my 12 STEEMs in wallet to turn them into SP and click the proceed button and filled in my keys. It’s more like turning a regular toys into super toys!
And earlier this week on the 12th of ,, November, I've Power Up 17 STEEMs and this the second time for the week. The choice of maintaining Club5050 helps me in balancing my saving and growing of SP.

The Benefits of SP

Growing of Steem Power comes with a huge 🤗 benefit where with more SP, we can contribute a better quarter to the Steemit Blockchain, Have more Voting Power which ease supporting others and we can gain a unique visibility by getting votes on posts, earning of more rewards, and have also a bigger voice in the community among others. So the more SP you have, the more stronger your influence is as well!

• Growing of our Steem Power is very much important to us steemians. It helps us to earn more rewards, which means we can get more Steem over time on our content publish. It also helps us in supporting others too in the community by voting for their posts and probably delegating to them. This really helps to creates a positive environment where everyone can grow all together!

Conclusion

Powering up of STEEMs is a fun and a more rewarding process. By really following these simple steps of mine, you can gradually build your Steem Power, enjoy too the many benefits involves, and become an important and highly contributing member of the Steem community.
