Today's recipe features Spicy Whole Chicken! No match for entertaining guests or as a dinner or lunch item with the whole family. But let's learn the whole recipe of Spicy Whole Chicken.

Materials:
a. Large whole chicken (1 piece),
b. Onion batter (1 tablespoon)
c. Onion chopped 1/3 cup
d. Ginger-garlic paste (1 tablespoon)
e. Cumin and coriander powder or batter (one and a half teaspoons)
f. Poppy paste (1/2 teaspoon)
g. Oil (1/3 cup)
h. Cinnamon (1/2 inch)
i. Black cardamom (1 tsp, ground)
j. Chilli powder (1 teaspoon)
k. Long-small cardamom peppers (ground into 2 pieces)
l. Turmeric (1 teaspoon)
m. Vinegar (1/2 cup)
n. Chilli (3-4 tsp)
o. Tomato puree (1/2 cup)
p. Aloo Bokhara (3-4 hours)
q. Salt (1/2 tsp before, 1/2 tsp after)

The method:

First, wash the chicken well, cut the throat and tie the legs. Now dig with a spoon and soak it with salt and vinegar for 10 minutes. Remove from the vinegar and wash it with clean water. In a bowl, rub all the spices except the green pepper. Rub a little of the spice mixture inside and outside the chicken well. Heat oil in a heavy pan or a large kadhai and add half the spices. Mix the masala with water and add the chicken. Turn side to side 2-3 times.

Then cover it on low flame. Flip once in between and cover again. Scatter whole chilies. Cook like this for 10/15 minutes. But make sure that the spices do not stick to the bottom. So keep an eye on the jal. Once the chicken is cooked well, garnish and serve. Stay with us for this great recipe.
