Avidya
Sanskrit for not knowing
Ignorance or ignoring?
To go together is Sunya
often translated as void,
but actually means the inside of the square cannot exist without the outside perimeter.
The subject without the object cannot exist.
The black without the white cannot exist.
Represented in the fundamental Chinese figure of the yin and yang.
The yin of the negative principle and
the yang of the postive principle
like two fishes constantly circulating.
Going round and round in the alternations of life.
Are these two fishes involved in a fight?
Is the yin trying to eat the yang and vice versa? You decide!
Is this not how technology has interpreted humanity's situation?
A fight between the good and bad?
Man against nature?
Or are we to be one with nature and work with nature as it works with us if we do not fight it?
If the white swallows up the dark what happens?
Does the white one also disappear as the white fish is only there in relation to the dark?
There is no light without darkness?
Remember, the darkness cannot comprehend the light as stated here,
John 1:5
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
If they both wake up between the two fishes would they realize they are ONE?
Do they go together?
Are they inseparable from one another?
Is the sudden dawning on one's consciousness that life is not really a contest
and all that is painful and evil in the world goes With the Good and is necessary For the Good.
As there would be no light without darkness,
would there be good without evil?
Is the chaos necessary for the order, just as you must have this black background that looks like two faces kissing if you focus on the black, but if you focus on the white looks like a goblet or stemmed glass?
When one sees how the two are one,
will a profound transformation occur for how one sees the world or the dimension they are in?
What IF instead of looking upon this journey in the 3d realm as a contest,
it becomes a dance or a game?
So are all the forms of nature a method of attack or defense
or is there a dance and joyous nature to them?
