According to the community requirements, today I’m going to share with you a flower pot drawing. Without further ado, let’s get started.
Step 01

To draw the flower pot, I start with the base. First, I draw the flower vase and design the sides with curved lines.

Next, I draw the upper part of the vase. Here, I’ve drawn several leaves and a total of three flowers.
Step 03
To make my drawing more appealing, I’ll now use a gel pen. With the gel pen, I try to enhance the details of the drawing. My drawing is complete, so now I’ll start coloring it.
Step 04

To color, I first select the bottom part. In the curved design I made earlier, I use green.
Step 05
For the left side of the flower pot, I use orange, and for the right side, I use yellow. From the picture, you can probably tell that the flower pot's base has been fully colored. Now, I’ll start coloring the upper part.
Step 06
For the upper section, I color the drawn leaves green first. Leaving small spaces at the edges of the leaves, I add yellow to highlight them.

Next, I’ll color the three flowers I drew. To color the small circles in the middle of the flowers, I use yellow. Then, I use blue to color the petals. The flower pot drawing and coloring are now complete.

Explain the importance of flowers.
Flowers are an important part of agriculture for many purposes. They are not only decorative, but also in use in farming. That’s right flowers help with pollination. Fruits and seeds need pollination. It raises the crop yield and quality of the produce for the farmer. Some flowers also keep pests away and keep the plants healthy. There are many medicinal properties present in many flowers, and that is why farmers find it vital to use those flowers for health benefits. Marigold, basil and chamomile flowers are used for treating different illnesses for example. The growing flowers could also provide farmers extra income. Cut short, flowers are beautiful and they also serve a major role in farming and the environment.
