I always love this recipe in winters and let me tell you that the name of the recipe is Radish parathas I like radish parathas very much and I eat them in many shops, but in our house all the family members love to eat them and we thought that we should prepare radish parathas for the first time in the winter season. Because there is a lot of fun in this season and they keep eating from the shop.

so first of all we have to prepare its spices. Its spices are not very much. We are showing some things for it. We're going to peel and peel the radishes, and then we're going to grate them very well through a machine. But if we do Kaduksh, then they are cut in very fine time and if after we will squeeze it and extract its water, which is very important. There are a lot of ingredients that we want to put into it, they will mix it as I will now mix everything in front of you in turn.
So let me tell you that now we have to mix all the ingredients that we are going to use in it so I have mixed the red chili salt turmeric and spices well. and made a good paste of it remember to mix it well so that all the ingredients are mixed well now I will knead it and after kneading I will make two small balls of it.
And now I will make two small rotis of it, which will be very small and inside it and put the spice that I have prepared, the radish spice, and then put it like a paratha. I will roll it the same way we roll bread.
Done and I will put it on my stove and now after putting it on the stove we will apply ghee first I applied ghee on one side and then I applied it on the other side and in the same way now put it on light inches. I will cook it for a while and our radish paratha is ready
