Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends how are you all? Hope you all are well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am very well by the grace of Allah.Today I am in the "Steem4Bloggers" community I have come up with a very nice recipe post. Today a traditional dish of the village area, this dish is almost 100 years old which is still prepared and loved by the people in the rural areas. The method of preparing this food is very difficult but still people in rural areas like to eat the food very much today I will share it. How to make Dal Bara i.e. Pumpkin Bara and why it is so popular then let's start.



Required Materials:

✅ Making process-1

To prepare this delicious dal bhaara recipe.First 2 kg kalai dal. It should be soaked in water for 24 hours i.e. if soaked overnight then next day morning.



✅ Making process-2

They should be removed from the water. Then they should be beautified by a skillful person with a sheel pata. And these jobs are done by rural women and these jobs are done very skillfully and these jobs require a lot of hard work. Because they don't use modern technology, they beat the branches themselves with the sheel pata. Makes a dough.

And when all these pulses are kneaded, put them in a bowl. Like 5 hours. And these tasks have to be done very carefully and for a long time which is done very skillfully by the people of the village.

In the next step, different types of cumin seeds are placed in this batter. Black cumin, white cumin and as much salt as needed, all these ingredients should be mixed together. To make this dish delicious.

The next step is to paste the daals. Pre-prepared pumpkins. The mixture should be kneaded very nicely with the help of a ladle in such a way that the ingredients turn white when kneaded. Which by looking at these pictures you can understand how hard a skilled curry car is mixing them.

The next step is to have a skilled craftsman assemble those components. Little by little clean cloth is placed on it, that is, on the products made of bamboo. And they should be dried in the sun for about 72 hours. After that they will be edible as you can understand by looking at the pictures.
