Finally, week 4th has started season 21, I learned a lot from the previous 3 herbal topics. This lecture is also interesting for me thank you teacher @afzalqamar for this wonderful herbs topic.
Q.1 - Energy Boost Tea or Powder: Create a tea or add a powder (like ginseng or ashwagandha) to your drink for energy and write about its benefits.
Energy Boost Tea
Now, let us prepare an energy tea; in the process we shall use some herbs and also have some dried fruits. This will be a tea that will make your body more active to keep enabling you to go through the day.
Ingredients
- 1 - 1½cups of water
- 2 Dried figs
- 2 Walnuts, finely chopped
- 5 or 6 leaves of fresh Ashwagandha
- 1 - 1½ teaspoons of sugar (optional)
How to Prepare Tea
- First, take one and a half cups of water in a pan put it on the stove, and boil it.
- Now add dry fig chopped, crushed walnuts and Ashwagandha leaves in it.
- Allow the water to boil for 8 to 10 minutes to absorb the nutrients from the Ashwagandha, fig, and walnuts.
- When it is ready, take it off the stove and strain it in a cup.
- Sugar or honey can be added to it according to taste.
Benefits of This Tea
This herbal energy tea contains figs, ashwagandha, walnuts, and sugar. It has numerous health benefits. Especially for those who want to stay fit throughout the day, here I am going to share with you some of their benefits.
Ashwagandha
Adaptogenic Properties: It has adaptogenic benefits. It helps to cope with stress. Activates energy further. They help in reducing physical fatigue and mental stress.
Improvement of stamina :It also plays an important role in increasing physical energy and maintaining energy levels throughout the day.

Q.2 - Pain-Relief Oil: Make an oil for the pain relief by using herbal ingredients and describe how it helps with pain
Herbal Oil for Pain Relief
These oils are herbal preparations. Which has many advantages. This oil is useful for muscle and joint pain.
Ingredients
- Mustard oil 25 grams
- Mint leaves 2 grams
- Carom seeds (Celery seeds) 2 grams
- Extract of carom seeds 1/2 gram
- 1 gram of olive oil (optional)
How to Make Pain Relief Oil
- Take mustard oil in a pan and heat it.
- Allow to heat on low flame.
- Now add carom seeds and mint leaves (I have taken fresh mint leaves and washed and cleaned it).
- Olive oil has also been added to it.
- After 5 to 10 minutes of boiling, I have taken it off the stove and the carom seeds and mint ingredients have been incorporated.
- Strain the oil after it cools down. As I put in a small pot.
- Now we will add black carom seed in it and store it in any bottle or jar.

Ingredients
- Chicory seeds 5 gram
- Rose (petals) 2 flowers
- Almonds 5 gram
- Fennel 2 gram
- 1 cup of water
Preparation Method
Take a cup of water in a pan. I placed it on the stove. Add chicory seeds to it.
Now put the rose leaves in it finely chop the almonds and add it to the boiling water after that add fennel.
After some time the color of the water will start to change.
Take it off and filter it.
Your remedy is ready. Drinking it removes mental fatigue.

As we all know rose has a natural fragrance. Which gives pleasure to the mind. Rose petals have anti-anxiety and anti-depressant properties. Which helps in reducing mental anxiety and improving mental peace. This aroma increases mental capacity and performance and also reduces mental fatigue.
Almonds
Almonds also contain a lot of omega-3 fatty acids which are very healthy for the brain. It is used to promote memory and as booster for the overall brain function. In addition, almonds are known to contain vitamin E, magnesium, protein that is very essential in the enhancement of mental and physical performance plus energy.
Fennel
If we talk about fennel, then it is very useful for digestion, which cleanses the stomach and also refreshes the mind. By using fennel, mental fatigue and anxiety are eliminated. is They play an effective role in improving blood flow to the brain and improving brain function.
