Q: In your perspective, what's the Definition of a good leader?
According to me, a leader is who you acknowledge; that this is the person who you accept and admire that he could bring a positive change and work for betterment of others. A leader is who contains the best qualities and who plans for the betterment of a nation or a country. A person who respect and give rights to minorities.
- A good leader is a good person who thinks about good fortune for others than his own, who promotes and work for others more than himself, who sacrifices his time and dreams by working on other people's dreams.
Q: What is the difference between leader and leadership? Explain!
| Leader is also called a ruler, the one who is given the authority to rule on a country, city or an area. leader is selected or elected by people. Leader is the sovereign of an area, basically. On the other side, Leadership is a quality which a person contains, it can be any person. Leadership is different from leader because leader is a ruler and leadership is quality. It is a great quality, a person having who handles a situation in a best way; not hurting both parties. A person who resolves the problem of people without any power or authority. A person who can gather for a solution of problem. Leadership qualities contains good mindset, patience, better thinking skills, good listening quality, have sympathy, treat everyone same, learn things everyday and better communication. Leadership qualities defines you a leader rather a person is selected by powerful authorities and mostly this type of people are worst. |

Q: Who is your all-time favorite leader? Why?
My all time favorite leader is Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), he is the best leader ever. I haven't seen him but I have studied about him that what type person he was, a wonderful leader. He is known because of his actions and the way he treat people. A person who have every better quality which other people prefer. His stories tells us about patience that patience is very necessary in everyone's life.
He was called SADIQ and AMEEN by people, Truthful and Trustworthy. People used to bring precious things so that it can be kept protected under his authority, this is how people believe in him. He always tell the truth; in every situations he didn't lied which made him a greater personality among everyone. His saying are recorded in scriptures and his doing were used by various people to solve an issue. People loved him so much that they started using the same mindset of the Prophet. He is known as the best person in every type of situations, that how he treat people and how he deal with people.
