Tell us about the recipes you make.

Today I am sharing with you my unique recipe called dry roast. This recipe looks very delicious. A traditional recipe of Bangladesh. I sometimes eat this recipe and get a lot of satisfaction and love it. Bangladesh is a riverine country, many types of fish are available there. And that fish is dried to produce dry fish. Laitta Dry is one of the most popular of the big fish shutkis. So I like to eat Laitta Shutki most of the time and make this recipe myself. Along with fish, meat, vegetables, etc. in our daily diet, you will get a lot of satisfaction and enjoy occasionally eating dry.

Mention five (at least) consecutive photos and descriptions of your cooked recipes.

Ingredients required for my unique recipe dry roast with potatoes:

Laitta Shutki100 gm
Potato200 gm
Green Chilli6 piece
Garlic0.5 cup
Onion0.5 cup
Oil50 ml
Turmeric Powder1 spoon
Chilli Powder1 spoon
Coriander Powder1.5 spoon
Cumin Powder0.5 spoon
Salt1 spoon

Now I am showing you the cooking steps of my recipe:

Step 1:

First I collected the above materials. Cut the laitta dry and potatoes into small pieces and chop the green chillies, garlic and onions.

Step 2:

Now I boil a little water in a pot and leave the crushed dried fruit pieces in that hot water. Because there is a lot of dirt in the drier, so if you boil it lightly in hot water, it will be completely clean and it will also be lightly boiled.

Step 3:

In this step, I rinsed the dry well with cold water and placed them in a pot on the stove with a little oil. When the oil was hot, I lightly fried the dry.

Step 4:

Then I put a new pot in the oven and put enough oil, when the oil is hot, I put chopped onion and garlic. Lightly fry onion and garlic and add salt, green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry chilli powder and cumin powder. Then grind the spices well with enough water.

Step 5:

After grinding the spices, I added potatoes with it. Heat the stove to medium and mash the potatoes with the spices and boil the potatoes on low heat for a while and add a little more water.

Final Step:

In the last step, when the masala potatoes are grated, I add the fried dry. Then shake it well and mix it. After 2 minutes, I added a small amount of water and kept the stove on low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Still cooked it for another 5 minutes and kept it moist. You can add broth if you want and roast it more dry, I like it slightly wet.

Add a selfie with the recipe. Eat the recipe and express your feelings. How it taste

Finally my dry roast recipe is complete. I served on a plate and took a photo with the recipe. I played the recipe with white rice after a while. The taste of the recipe was unique. I sometimes make this recipe myself and share it with my roommates. Today's recipe also praised the taste of my roommates. I hope you will like this unique recipe of mine. Everyone will try it sometimes with fish, meat, etc. Hope you like it.
