I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their lives. As everyone knows by coming to this platform we have to make ourselves as strong as possible. That strong we can make ourselves by powering up the liquid steem in our account. So that through this our account is strong and when our account is strong then we will support our other friends and fellows with its help. So that they are also growers and thus we can together grow on top of this platform.
If the steem power of our account is high, then the voting power of our account will also be high. For example, if we see that we have 1000 Steem Power in our account, that gives us a voting value of 0.01 dollars. Similarly, as our steem power increases, so does the value of our account. It helps us support others.
The benefit to us of increasing our voting power is that we get curation rewards back when we support others. As you can see by going to the rewards section below in each post, there is an Arthur reward show going on and another Curiosian reward show going on. The curation reward is returned to us, and the person who votes also gets the curation reward back in the form of Steem Power. So the more account value we have, the more our vote value will be. And the higher the vote worth, the more we will get in the Steem Power Curation Reward.
Similarly, according to the role given by the Steemit team, we have to join some clubs. The minimum we have to join Club 50 is to power up half of our earnings. In this way, our account value also increases and we also support our other people with this account value. This is a great role from the Steemit team that everyone is embracing.
Keeping the same thing in mind I am also powering up my Steem today. I have a total of 72 Steem lying around which I will be powering up today. And I will tell you the whole way to power it up.
The first step is to log in to your account. A username and password are required to log in. With the help of this, we have to log in to our account as below I am logging in.
After logging account, you will have the main page open. Where you will be able to see your available STEAM and your STEEM POWER. As I have 72.794 steem lying around and 2128.587 is my steem power. You can see it below.
The first thing to do is to click on the little bottom icon we made with Steam to power it up. When we click on it, we will have different, options. From the e options, we have to choose the Power Up option.
Then we will have a new interface open where we have to write our total amount as we want to power up steam. I have 72.794 steem lying around so I'll write them down here so they all power up.
After that, a confirmation page will open where we have to confirm our username and the amount written. And memocode we have to leave blank. And then click OK to power up our Steem.
Now you can see my account again that my account steem power has increased after power up.
After you power up you can see in your steem history in the vault history that your liquid steem has been powered up.
