In your perspective, what's the Definition of a good leader?

A good leader is one who helps,gudes and teaches his or her followers the right things to do or they inspire those whom they are leading this are the definition of a good leader. Also a good leader differentiate between good and bad for his or her followers to take note .

What is the difference between leader and leadership? Explain!

A leader is a person who makes way and teaches many people what to do and what not to do, a leader is also seen as a person who many people see as their idol or as their role model in many things they do.
While leadership is seen as the behavior of a person ,how he rules the way he rules weather bad or good it is called leadership. So leadership is seen as the way a person rules his or her followers. It can be a bad or a good leadership.

Who is your all-time favourite leader? Why?

My all time favorite leader are my parents. My parents have thought and lead me to achieve many great things in life. My parents have thought me how to differentiate between the good and the bad . My father thought me how to rule and guide my younger ones or the people who I am in control of. My mum also have thought me how to be humble and how to respect my elderly ones. Also my parents have a good life which I will like and love to portray this behavior is, I do watch movies where most husband's beat up their wives but since I was born till now I have not seen my dad do such and also they have thought me how to respect and worship God .

Also they have thought me how to make peace in the midst of conflict. And when to crack jokes and laugh at people and when to be serious. They have thought me better things and I can say that they are my leaders and they have good leadership impact on me.
