Assalamu Alaikum,
Hello everyone,
I am @afrinn

From #Bangladesh

Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah good and hello my dear bakers, we are in the second baking class and this time we are learning about flour and types of sweet bread, very grateful to the teacher @yenny and her assistant friend @katerine012.

🥐 Which of the flour types presented in class do you find most interesting and why?

I am sharing with you what I found interesting among the types of flours present in the class. Although I love sweets a lot be it sweet roti tandoori roti or anything. Today I have come to you with a sweet dish and this dish is very interesting and delicious. You can make a variety of dishes with flour. I think my meal is the best meal especially for those times when we want to eat different meals with flour. This dish is as delicious to look at as it is to eat and takes very little time. I am here with you very soon with great recipes. I hope you will cook this food at home and see how delicious it is. Moreover, there is between the food
Eggs milk sugar and flour. The grain of this food is different due to laying eggs. Sometimes I prepare food and eat it.

🥐 Make a sweet bread, you can be guided by the recipe given in the class or try another, but it must be sweet, if you can decorate the top with whatever you want (candied fruits, chocolate, grated coconut, sugar, etc.) Document the steps and label the date, user and class on a poster

Everything I need to make the recipe.

First step

First I added powdered milk to the dough. Then I mixed the flour, milk and sugar well.

Second step

After mixing the flour, sugar and powdered milk well, I broke two eggs there

The third step

I broke the egg and mixed it well. After mixing, I made small balls and put the mixed dough in a bowl

Fourth step

Then I put the pan. I fried one by one red color with enough oil. After my recipe was done I served and took a selfie.

🥐Tell us your experience while making sweet bread, did you have any complications, who would you recommend the recipe to and why? .

If I say while making the recipe
My experience was different. That's because I haven't eaten this food in quite some time. So the complexity was different when I made this recipe today. The main reason is that I will be sharing this recipe in this contest. This way I am very happy. Cooking recipes is a matter of skill. Not everyone can make the recipe properly. So I also tried to achieve good results. And made the recipe with enough effort to make it well. Finally the recipe turned out great and my kids were able to eat it very easily because the recipe is soft and fluffy. Anyway, I am very happy to share my recipe with you.

🥐 Indicate on Steam the price of a sweet bread equal to the one you made. Is it more likely to make, or buy it? explanation

Below is how much money it cost me to make this recipe

namebd Prizesteem price

Eggs301
Sugar301
Flour602

Totally here our bangladesh price is 160 taka and steam price is 5 steam. So I always get this food in the market. The price of food is 10 rupees. So I prefer food at home rather than market most of the time. Food outside is tastier than home food. Also, the way I made it at home would have cost me less if I had bought it out and maybe I could have bought it for less. Anyway, I am happy to share my recipe here with you. Then you will all be healthy and well God Hafez

Thank you for reading my blog.
