Here's the recipe of Banga soup. This soup is one of the popular dish in Nigeria that is made with palm fruit and atama leaf which are the major ingredients in preparing this delicious delicacy.
Below are the complete ingredients used in preparing this soup;

Step 1: Season and steam meat, fish, cow skin and stock fish together.
Step 2: Wash and cook palm fruit.
Step 3: When the palm fruit is ready, pound and use warm water to extract the oil by filtering the water out from the nuts.
Step 4: Add water leaf, meat, salt, maggi and pepper to the pot and set it to cook.
Step 5: After cooking for 5 minutes, add shrimps and shell periwinkle and allow to cook.
Step 6: Lastly, add crayfish and atama leaf and let it cook for 3 minutes and the soup will be ready in no time. Do not boil for too long or else it becomes extremely thick.
This soup can be served with white rice or swallow ( fufu, pounded yam or garri).
