How do you learn something new by using technology?

In this current era, the technology has a great role in our lives because we need it in every field of our lives including the education sectors, health care sectors and many other fields. The main reason of our reliance on technology is that, it is making our lives easier in all aspects. So now a days, many people learning new things about technology, with the help of technology and through other means of learning as well.

However, we can say that the technology has made learning easier for us because we can get access of the education systems, sitting in our houses with the help of technology. Also, I'm learning new things with the help of technology on daily basis and I use YouTube which is a major online video streaming platform offers us a wide range of videos about various topics. So through watching these videos, we can gain knowledge about new things.

Does technology make learning easier?

Just think for a while, about the pandemic days in 2019, when the coronavirus made our lives miserable because, the schools, colleges, offices and markets were shut down all over the world. There was lock down every where and our lives were affected by the coronavirus. So in that time, it was difficult to continue our educational activities and then, the online education throughout the technology appeared and helped to continue the educational activities.

Due to this, the answer is clear, the technology is making our lives easier, because during the days of pandemic, I was in college and continuing my learning activities on my Mobile phone with the help of technology. I used different types of softwares to seek education online like the teams app, google meet and WhatsApp as well. On these apps, our teachers gave us lecture online, we learn them and make assignments. In results, we can say that the technology make our lives easier.

Which technologies can actually help learning?

Now a days, different types of technologies have been emerged to make learning easier and also they make learning more interactive, personalized and accessible. In this regard, different types of softwares, websites and applications are used to perform the educational activities through the digital means. So let's have a look at some of these technologies which help in learning;

• Artificial Intelligent (AI) and machine learning (ML) are used to personalized learning activities on the basis of users choice.

• E learning platforms, application and websites like khan academy, Udemy and others are used to provide educational resources and material to enhance the educational activities.

• The learning management systems moodle and google etc are used to provide educational content and other services to the students and tutors as well.

In learning, the technology is very important because we are moving towards the more advanced era which is full of technology and digital aspect of our lives. So if we will not use technology in learning, we will miss a lot of new things which are related to the growth and development of our lives. In fact, the technology is a key aspect of learning because most of the things are based on it. If we remain away from technology we may stay deprived from the upcoming latest technologies which will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining our lives.
