I am going to present some of my village images in the 21st week organized in Italy community. I thank you @steem-for-future. I have been in the village for some time, this time Aman paddy harvesting season has started. I am sharing some images from different days and this is my photography blog today. I invite you @selina1 @shikhurana @saifulislam5 to participate in this photography contest.
Paddy harvesting has started in our village. Workers have been hired to harvest our paddy. It is my responsibility to show the land to the workers and monitor whether the work is being done properly. I do my duty and spend time photographing nature. This picture is of our first day of paddy harvesting where 22 workers are harvesting paddy.
Paddy fields are home to a large number of insect spiders as the insects lose their habitat due to harvesting, which makes foraging for birds very easy at this time. Birds looking for insects on electric wires above workers.
This picture is of a pond in our land with lots of native fish. When all the water in the land dries up, the small fishes come and accumulate in this canal. Our national full water lily blooms in this pond. There are several other colors of this flower, here only the white color is present.
It is an autumn afternoon. This picture is not from my village. It is a rural picture of Dinajpur where there is a huge pond and the red glow of the sun is spreading in the water of this pond.
Today's agriculture is affected by technology to harvest paddy quickly, this machine can only harvest paddy and reduce labor costs. We were supposed to harvest paddy with this machine in our fields but the paddy of our land is lying in the air due to which the paddy cannot be harvested with the machine.
We have a saying that we are Bengalis in fish and rice. We have fields full of rice, cows full of cows, ponds full of fish. This is my younger brother trying to catch fish with a net in the pond.
It is a play time picture of the village teenagers where the teenagers are playing football on a small field.
The road in our village is no longer a dirt road but a pitched road. This road is a highway from our house to the district town.
The workers have cut the paddy we need some raw straw so we went to tie some rice flour ourselves in the hot sun.
Workers are returning home after finishing work. At present, the laborers raising cows in every house have collected grass for the cows during work and take the grass with them when they go.
