I found this bug resting on green leaf. It belongs to genus of shield bug. Known as Cazira chiroptera, a kind of shield bug that I found sitting on the green leaf. It belongs to genus of shield bug. As it did not move quite a lot, I tried to get some shots while it was crawling on rotting wood and sometimes it moved quickly that made me wait for a couple minutes to get the whole appearance of this bug. It is considered a rare seen insect that plays on the leaves, but their appearance often tempted me to take shots. Knowing it was back on the spot, I started playing with some clicks, but all of sudden, it was trying to hide from my sight which made me do some effort to get its head. This bug is rarely found with their head is black with white patches on either side. Anyway, I got its body shots and that is fine as long as I can admire this creature that always attract me with its appearance. Bugs are considered highly beneficial, harmless insects. They don’t sting. And though they do rarely bite, it feels like a light pinch. So, when I found right focus, I managed to take a couple of shots from different angles with my smartphone plus external macro. We can only see detail thru the close-up photography or macro which enlarge the form of its body.
