Steemians just LOVE "The Diary Game" so we’ve decided to start this season with a diary contest on every week. On every week , I'll select best contributors.

You might ask why health has to do with keeping a diary. The answer is, a lot! It is through your diary that you will get a better understanding of your health.

Why is a health diary important?


A health diary will give you a better understanding of your health. In most cases, people don't realize their medical symptoms or illness. This ignorance of one's health can magnify one's health issues even more.

What do we expect from the conest?


For this weekly contest, we want you to write a diary entry about one of your days. Of importance is that you include health factors like;

• Your diet
• The medicines or vitamins you take, if any
• The water you drank
• The exercise you did
• What you did to relax
• The pain or tiredness you felt, etc.

Remember, it is your diary, so write about your day and health.

In closure, write one paragraph about what you’ve discovered about your day and your health, and if there is anything you need to change to live a healthy life.
